This website, mylookspa.com ("Site"), is operated by My Look Spa LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Nevada-based medical spa. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Use of the Site

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or book services. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• Permitted Use: The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use to learn about and book our medical spa services, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other treatments.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Site or our systems.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or sell any content from the Site without permission.

2. Services and Appointments

• Booking: Appointments for services (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers) can be made through the Site or by contacting us directly.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 fee. Group appointments require 72 hours’ notice, with a $200 fee for late cancellations.
• Pricing: Prices for services are subject to change without notice. Prepaid services must be redeemed within one year of purchase and are non-refundable.
• Consultations: We offer one free consultation per person every 365 days, including skin analysis and treatment planning. Additional consultations may incur a fee.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, and logos, is owned by My Look Spa LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, My Look Spa LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to errors, delays, or interruptions.
• Medical spa services carry inherent risks. We are not liable for adverse reactions or outcomes, provided services are performed by licensed professionals in accordance with industry standards.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Look Spa LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
